Developed using React Native, Paathner's application serves a niche market and is committed to complying with the GDPR (EU), DPDP Act 2023 (India), and the Information Technology Act (India). By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms periodically, so please review them regularly. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

- You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Paathner will not be liable for unauthorized use of your account.
- You may terminate your account at any time.
9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

- By making a payment, you agree to the applicable pricing, subscription terms, and refund policies.
10. Refunds, Cancellations & Financial Disputes
- Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our policies and within timelines mandated by applicable laws.

- Paathner may share necessary user and transaction data with payment processors, merchants, or banks for settlement of disputes.
11. Advertisements & Promotions

- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party advertisements.
- Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

13. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Paathner, its affiliates, and employees harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Paathner and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
- Liability for direct damages, if any, will not exceed the amount paid (if applicable) by you to use the Application.
15. Termination and Suspension
- Paathner may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Your User Content may be deleted, and you may be barred from further use.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Where applicable, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods like arbitration or mediation may be used before litigation.
17. Children's Use Restriction (DPDP requirement)
- Users under 18 in India may only use the Services with verifiable parental consent, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Paathner does not knowingly permit minors to register without such consent.
18. Consumer Protection (E-commerce Rules, 2020)
- All advertisements, promotions, or sponsored listings will be clearly identified as such.
- Paathner is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party offers, ads, or promotions; responsibility lies with the respective merchant/advertiser.
19. International Users & Data Transfer
- For international users, your data may be transferred outside your home country (e.g., India/EU).
- Such transfers are protected through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), DPAs, or other legal safeguards.
20. Force Majeure
- Paathner is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
21. General Terms
- These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paathner.
- If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
- Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights without written consent; Paathner may assign its rights freely.
